Philcomm’s Director was already an existing client through another company and after a positive and successful experience with a CoBright website, we were given the task to refresh Philcomm’s decade-old website.
The Challenge
Philcomm is one of the biggest privately owned communication companies in QLD. With impressive clientele, including large government bodies, their current website was not performing as desired and services and capabilities were unclear.
Philcomm needed a website structure to demonstrate its large scale, six services, and unique selling proposition over a major-league communication company.
The Solution
Working collaboratively with Philcomm, CoBright developed the site’s content to show their capabilities, expand on their rental service and deconstruct their services to enhance user experience. CoBright’s developers created a site design based on the following:
- A clear and simple user interface
- Modernising the design and re-platforming into a new CMS
- Clarifying the key services and industries
The Outcome
Philcomm now has an elevated website that showcases their six services, rental resources and large-scale client database. Phlicomm’s knowledge, manpower and experience to complete tasks on a large or small scale has been highlighted throughout the new website design.
Philcomm’s new website now has the features to boost a user's experience, including:
- Clickable phone numbers in the header for easy access contact
- Contact locations are highly visible
- Breaking out the sales and rental services
